How do I book a tour?+

Pick a tour, choose your date and number of guests, and book online in minutes. You'll get instant confirmation by email.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure checkout.

What is your cancellation policy?+

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour. Within 48 hours, a 50% fee applies.

Do you offer refunds?+

Yes — full refunds for cancellations outside our 48-hour window and for any weather-related cancellations.

What happens if the weather is bad?+

Most tours run rain or shine. If conditions become unsafe, we'll reschedule or refund — your choice.

Are tours suitable for children?+

Yes — many of our tours are family friendly. Look for the Family Friendly category, or get in touch and we'll recommend.

Are tours accessible?+

Several tours are pram and wheelchair friendly. Tell us your needs and we'll find or build something that works.

Do you do group bookings?+

Absolutely. We host birthdays, work groups, clubs and school groups. See our Custom Trips page.

Can I book a private tour?+

Yes — most tours can be booked privately for your group. Contact us for a quote.

What should I bring?+

Comfortable shoes, water, weather-appropriate layers and a camera. Specific tours may have extra suggestions in the tour details.

How do gift vouchers work?+

Buy any value from $50, choose a delivery date, and we'll email it straight to the recipient. Vouchers are valid for 3 years.

Can I change a booking?+

Yes — just get in touch at least 48 hours before your tour and we'll move you to a new date.
